Rat Bite in the Bay?

Here's a quick saltwater rat report from San Diego. The weather lately has been somewhat unsteady. Some days, the sun is shining and it's 80+ degrees out. Other days, it's over cast, it's less than 60 degrees out, and the wind is blowing you off the water. Still, the fish are around and if you can find them in the right circumstances, you have a chance at getting them to bite.

Quick bay report from San Diego. Jeff Cox, Brad Butler and I, fished San Diego Bay the other day in solid pre-frontal conditions. We had the intentions of making bait and drifting for Halibut, but with a complete lack of wind, that was very difficult to do.
