The Lowrance Elite-7 HDI Color Fishfinder/GPS Chartplotter combines advanced chartplotting capabilities with Lowrance’s cutting-edge HDI (Hybrid Dual Imaging) technology. HDI harnesses the power of two award-winning technologies - Lowrance’s Broadband Sounder and DownScan Imaging. The two technologies combine forces to provide you with the best possible views beneath your boat. DownScan Imaging Overlay overlays DownScan Imaging onto your Broadband Sounder display for one stunning view that separates and clearly exposes fish targets from surrounding structure. Overlay transparency and color palettes are also fully adjustable.
The 7-inch color display delivers brilliant, widescreen visibility and viewing detail with 800 x 480 resolution and a 16:9 aspect ratio. Adjustable screen and keypad backlight improves usability and visibility day or night. Multi-Window Displays let you choose up to three panels in split-screen mode to view chart, sonar and DownScan Imaging - all on one screen simultaneously, and an all-new easier-to-use menu system makes it easier to access all feature using one-thumb operation.
The 83/200kHz Broadband Sounder provides 120-degrees of coverage so that targets remain in the scanning area for longer, resulting in more detailed readings and enhanced fish archs, the DownScan Imaging delivers selectable 455 kHz sounding for wider and deeper sonar imaging, as well as, 800 kHz for enhanced, down-looking, crystal-clear images of targeted locations.
An internal GPS+WAAS antenna also provides exceptional navigational capabilities with a detailed US background map. A waterproof microSD memory card slot also allows it to be fully compatible with charting upgrades, including Navionics Gold chartcards, HotMaps Premium, Fishing Hot Spots PRO, Lake Insight and Nautic Insight Pro (not included). Built-in memory allows for up to 3,000 waypoints, 100 routes/100 waypoints per route and 100 retraceable plot trails/up to 10,000 points per trail.
Advanced NMEA 2000 Networking Compatibility also allows waypoint sharing among networked displays, plus the addition of an external GPS antenna, if needed, for installations beneath a covered hard top.
