You could consider G-Mag the 'unrated version' of the Gamakatsu lineup. These hooks are huge. Gamakatsu does not label them for size, they just call them over-size, because when you need a hook this big you don't really care what they call it as long as it will work in BIG baits and it is sharp enough to do the job. The G-Mag features the legendary Gamakatsu sharp point, heavy wire so the hook will not straighten out on the biggest fish of your life, extra-wide gap, and the G-Lock bend. This offset bend is sharper than 90 degrees which really helps keep the plastic bait up where it belongs instead of pulled down on the shank and useless. This is not a worm hook unless the worm you are throwing is about an inch in diameter, it is designed for big plastics, like the 7" Senko, and some anglers are designing their own baits just for this hook. When you need big, here it is.
