This exclusive two-day tournament will take place during prime season in the famed waters off Southern California, the birthplace of big game sportfishing!
We are excited to announce a new format to this tournament in 2023, which will now include the five most prominent offshore game fish in Southern California:
tuna (yellowfin, bluefin and bigeye), swordfish, marlin, dorado, and yellowtail
The tournament is open to the public. Fish can be weighed on any land based; certified scale. The tournament also has designated three separate weigh stations (see below) throughout the range of the tournament boundaries that may be available for after hours weigh ins. If using one of these three weigh stations, teams must make prior arrangements if they plan on arriving after the weigh station’s normal business hours.
San Diego, Newport Beach, and Catalina Island
The addition of Catalina will make this tournament more accessible to anglers throughout Southern California.
