In our brand new series “This is RodBuilding,” Gary Benney, European Operations Manager for American Tackle, goes through tips, tricks, technical details, round the workshop, tools of the trade, fine detail of rod building, and most importantly, answering your questions!

Episode 1- In the first episode of “This is RodBuilding,” Gary gets to work on rebuilding a saltwater rod. He shows how to rebuild a Saltwater foregrip using different techniques and plenty of American Tackle products. He goes through the entire foregrip rebuild from picking the Eva handle, trimming it down to size, reshaping, glue-up, and finishing.
