Minnesota Bass Eat BBZ-1 Rats. Rick Nichols shows us how it's done!
I big shout out goes to Rick Nichols with an outstanding catch and the SPRO BBZ-1 Rat 50. You just gotta love fishermen that put in the time to go fishing anytime of the day.
Hey Bill, Had to drop you a line and a nice picture of my rat bass. Fished last night June 30th. Water temp 80 degrees, air temp in the 70s. Fished a small lake that I fish 40 to 50 times a year. Worked the rat over a rock point with scattered weeds. Bait was over 6 to 7 feet of water when the fish slurped it from the surface, was a suprisingly subtle bite. Estimate it weighted 4 pounds. Solid fish for this particular lake and a solid fish for MN. -Rick Nichols-
