Editor: I recently was introduced to an exciting young Nevada angler- Carter Doren- by our friend and Freshwater Fishing Hall of Fame angler Bill Siemantel. Carter is a very accomplished high school angler and was just named by B.A.S.S. to the All-American High School Fishing Team.
