Hello again Arizona; they never welcome you when you enter California; they just make you pull over and ask questions and you better have the right answers!

The destination; Named after the U. S. President Theodore Roosevelt, Roosevelt Lake located in central Arizona east of Phoenix in the Tonto Valley at the confluence of Tonto Creek and the Salt River was created by the completion of the Roosevelt Dam in 1911 in the then Arizona Territory. Arizona was admitted into the Union and officially became the 48th U. S. state, the Grand Canyon State, on February 14, 1912. Roosevelt Lake is part of the massive Salt River Project which provides agricultural water supply and hydro electrical power throughout areas of Arizona.
